1. Order Cancellation

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

2. Returns

• Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged or wrong product.
• Request a return within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at support@sundrowenterprises.com with order details and photos.
• Product must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Refund Process

• After product inspection, refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Exchange

If you want to exchange a product (for size or design), shipping charges may apply.
